Dodgy Chinese websites

I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing something online from 'www.sandalstrading.com' who has unethical business practices.

I paid for a pair of shoes online, but it was informed via email that my money will be refunded without citing a reason. It was only after enquiring that I found out that the shoes were apparently 'out of stock'.

I checked my bank account and to my dismay I was only refunded about $40 out of the $50 I paid.
When I asked for the rest of my money back, they replied that there were 'bank fees' involved and I cannot get back the rest of my money. On top of this, I had to pay a few more dollars with my own bank for an international transaction.

Through no fault of my own I lost money.
I should be entitled to a full refund.

They are a company in China, and have numerous websites (see list below).
From the pictures that I saw, I am quite sure that their products (if they exist at all) are fakes.

Given this experience, I think anyone who wants buy anything online with them should think twice.
They use contact email addresses '[email protected]' and '[email protected]'.
