Paypal car scammer

Mr Andrew Smith works offshore and didnt have on-line banking.wanted to buy my disabled fathers car via paypal only, said he would send an agent to collect car. I told him to pay agent via paypal and agent to pay cash for car,have reported him to paypal and gumtree.
