I'm already apologizing for my bad englisch, but I think you should know about David Murray. I really sure he's a fake. He contacted me on the website Great Au Pair. We wrote a few emails:

I wrote him that I would like to speak to the current au pair, I never get a answer to that. And I told him that I don't have a good feeling with "his agency". His answer:

I also wrote to the emailadress he send me about the VISA etc. The anwer was:

The address doesn't exist. After I ask for the website I get this answer:

You are absolutely correct in thinking this is a scam. The English tells me that you are dealing with African scammers.

The United States has very strict rules regarding the hiring of au pairs. All potential au pairs MUST be sponsored by one of the agencies on the official list:

-If you are asked to contact any travel agency or au pair agency that is not on this list, then you are dealing with a scammer.
-Note that for each agency on this list, there is a link to the agency's website. If you are given any other website, it is a scam. If a potential employer gives you the name of an agency on this list, you should go to the website from the official list, and verify that any emails and phone numbers match the contact information on the official website.

The site the scammer references, workpermit.com, is a legitimate website. The scammer has no connection to the real website--he is just using their name.
