Multiple Scammers

Hello, I am new here so I hope I'm doing this right. Here is the email from multiple scammers.

I made one go to Western Union multiple times because he thought he was going to get paid.

See im more intelligent than that....ok see how do you want me to live? no job,no money,no food and i can't go out there and steal cause i might get killed. you have a job or you are enjoying your life doesn't mean everybody does. its really hard Mike. i have families to take care of,brothers and sisters. no means to get money and life is really hard. so someone introduced me to this scam thing,i know its not good but what other choice do i have. i lost my dad since i was 8yrs old and mum left dad before then so you see?

We have the keys and documents with us here,We do have a Realtor before but i am now skeptic about giving my house out to a Realtor due to my previous experiences with them, he kept inflating the price of the house so i had him mail down my keys and canceled my contract with him. Initially before my departure i had thought of i could sell the house ASAP...but i could not get a good buyer and besides the realtor who wanted to get tenants was so money oriented that all he wants to do is just give my house to anyone with money...and that does not augur well with me so i have decided to handle the rental myself. As am more interested in getting good tenant with whom i can entrust the care of my house and be rest assured.
 
Its important  that i request that you take special care of my house like its  yours...this house is very dear to me and my family and i want you to take absolute care of the house so that whenever we return to check on you...we hope to be satisfied with the level of maintenance.

Also, since i am not available to take care of repairs/maintenance costs...we will have to make a special arrangement for that, i will expect that you inform me via email any need for repairs/replacements, and i will provide the funds so you can carry out any needed repairs/replacement.

Also, bear in mind that the Rent is inclusive of basic utilities include: power, water,sewer and trash..except for internet/cable. In doing this, you will need to make a security deposit payment  which is refundable (If you don't like the house) to enable the shipment of the Keys  and document to your current  address, after which you could move in at your convenience.
