I new to this forum and felt I had to join to warn people about a design company called logodesinguarantee. I contacted this company over 3 months ago and paid the £59.00 to produce a logo and stationary for me. Two weeks later I having heard nothing from them I contacted them. They said that they had taken my email address incorrectly and this was the reason I had not received the designs. Tht waws tghe beginning of the who;e sorry tale. 3 months on I have not been sent the requested revisions and the logo that has been sent to me is the same as my original upload! I requested a refund and despite bombarding them with emails I have still not been refunded even though they guarantee this 'no quibble refund'. All of my phone calls have been to no avail the phone is always answered by a person with a asian/american accent, the line always breaks up and they end up cutting you off. They insist that they have a base in Bristol but after some investigations (which I should have done before giving them my money) I have found out that they only have a virtual address in Wisconsin US, the registrant is a one Scott Sutton and their domain name expires in the near future! No matter who you ask to speak to, manager or whoever they are never available 3 MONTHS ON!!!!
I have contacted NOCHEX who took payment and so far all their attempts at contacting this company have failed. I am in the process of contacting the Fraud Department and have contacted Trading Standards. I know that this is only £59.00 but I am absolutely livid about it and I will not rest until this company is held accountable. SO BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and if their is anybody out there that has had a similar experience with them to me please post back lets stop others from being scammed by them!!!!!

Welcome Dawsden,

This is not the type of topic we normally deal with here--when it comes to sales, we typically deal with advance fee fraud, in which the scammer does not actually have a business or product for sale. This appears to be a real, albeit very small, business--but you can see that you are not alone in your concerns: http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/logodesignguaranteecouk-england-north-yorkshire-c342019.html
