Charlie Fred Mitchell - another scam?

I have been talking to what might yet be another scammer. This is so depressing Please can you tell me if I am right. Here is an email from him:

We have been talking for 3 weeks and now he has to go to India to make a pitch for a job. I bet he will no doubt find himself in difficulties there and will need someone (me ) to bail him out.

Welcome to ScamWarners ironlady_51 . This is what scammers do and you are correct, you will get an email saying that he has been injured or lost his money and then ask you for money or a loan.

The poem is available all over the internet. Romance scammers often lift poems and letters from sites. I put the first sentence in a search engine and came up with pages of sites which have that poem on them. Here is one: http://www.poemsjunction.com/poems/life-poems/page/2/

Your best bet will be to stop all communication with him. He is only wanting to set you up to take your money from you. We are glad you are here.
