Unfortunately you can do nothing about it.The persons are most likely in Africa, Malaysia ,Turkey etc but nowhere where you are. A criminal and scammer downloaded your photos to his computer and now has them. He uses them as much as he wants and you can't stop them being used. You can report copyright theft to a website and after a lot of talk you may get a profile deleted, but the scammer will immediately go back and make another profile the same. Yes you are victim too and we are sorry. We can find and attack fake profiles and maybe scammer will move on from those photos and find a new set to use in the end, but we just don't know. If you notice almost all photos are labelled on this site so scammers can't steal them. Every photo is stolen already and all those people are victims too. You have an insurmountable problem and will just have to live with it and hope we can stop the scammer making a profitable use of them. I am sorry I realise it's not what you want to know but there is it is.

They steal your photo(s) from social networking sites . Best thing to do is always keep your personal pics private and be wary of adding new friends .
