HELP! Advice on Modeling Scam

Hello, I've been scammed and I feel extremely ashamed and terrified a bit.
I read similar stories here and I just would like to get some advice on how to proceed.
Here is my story:

So I am in this Model Mayhem website and a girl contacted me saying she is a photographer and model and needs some samples with me in lingerie and high heels so she would hire me for a shoot.

I said I don't have opportunity to do so now, and she asked if she could add me on fb, so I did. It was some time ago. 29 of September. her name was Michelle Smith.

I forgot all about her until recently (January) she contacted me on fb again asking the same thing and offering me bigger money. I am student and broke so I thought that no harm would come. She was very interested in what lingerie I have and poses in general, seemed legit.
I sent her some samples of me in lingerie, in various in fact. She kept asking for different poses in different lingerie, so I did. Some pictures with normal camera and some with my mobile in the mirror.
She kept offering more money for if I would do implied nudes, topless and naked, I said no, as I had my policy against that.
I later agreed on implied topless pictures then I got suspicious, but I was so tired and I wanted that to be over with so i did shoot some and sent her via Facebook.
She sent me her passport scan, it had different name, but she had explanation, that she hate to be followed in internet. Today I checked, and that passport was just a sample of new British passports, all over the internet, How Fuuuukng stupid of me, because that picture really matched her profile picture in facebook.(http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/Gua ... si-003.jpg)
At the time her modelmayhem profile was down and I was already uneasy.
It was late and she said she would transfer me money after all samples are done as she really would love to have topless photosession with me. She kept bargaining and offering more money until I gave in and sent her 3 samples of topless pictures with me, leaving out my face, as she agreed. I gave her my bank account nr and sort code for her to send me money today as now all samples are done and we could proceed on actual photoshoot.
And as I checked, of course, her fb page is down. I still got her e-mail address which is: [email protected]
And I tracked it's IP address which is 46.7.33.68 and originates from Ireland.

Now I just feel stupid and naive for giving into this scam and as I said to her, if you'll vanish I will get to you, which I intend to do, but HOW? Where to go with this information?

And what will she/he/it intend to do with pictures? I wouldn't want them to be some kind of spammers in porno sites or whatever.

You're in quite a predicament, aggliety.

You should never enter into a business contract without meeting face-to-face first, and writing down an agreement for both parties. Unfortunately scammers know well what buttons to push to get the victims hooked.

You will not be getting any money from this thieving bastard, and giving a complete stranger your banking details may cause problems for you. I would recommend that you visit your bank ASAP, tell them that you believe you have been tricked in providing your banking details (don't tell them why as I believe this is too embarassing for you), and if possible, open a completely new bank account.

The fact is that's almost impossible to track down the person that tricked you. All details he has provided are fake.

I don't know what will happen with the pictures you provided to him. It's possible he may try to extort you into giving him money for exchange of not posting them on the internet. Or he may have just deleted them.

I recommend that you disappear and block all of his attempts to try to contact you / blocking his e-mail, and not responding to e-mails from other addresses should he try to reach you that way.

Wished it were hello aggliety under better circumstances. What's done is done, sad to say. Difficult to determine what will become of the images? More than likely the trickster will simply delete the material, when it learns you will not participate further. It's important you note the comments from my colleaague (above).
You need not feel ashamed nor scared because basically you have not erred. I can verify of visiting our local beach on a hot summers day and probably see more than you showed. It will be the grubby trickster that should be worried if caught. However such is their lot of deceit and trickery of hiding behind fake names and details. The chance of finding the culprit will be extremely difficult because everything this 'michelle' character has told you is a lie. However you have given a heads up to others who may have the mis-fortune to come into contact with it, because they will find your scam report when conducting an internet search.
I wish there was better news to give.

It may be no comfort but I don't get the impression that his priority was scamming you for money.

For that reason he's unlikely to attempt to exploit the photos commercially, especially in view of the speed with which he closed his accounts. If he ever tried to get money for the photos he'd have to reveal his identity.

@Painful Truth , yes you are painful, I know I should have never participated and I never made stupid mistakes as this until now. Greed for money makes you desperate and stupid. But as can he really do anything with just my sort code and nr? And actually he really didn't ask for them?
Banks are closed because of this weather.

True, it doesn't seem that they she/he wants money from them. But what will become of them? As I read he might use them in dating sites. Kept asking for poses where I am leaning forward and such, which was weird.
He has quite a lot pictures.

aggliety - anyone you send a cheque to has your account number and sorting code, so I wouldn't get too concerned about that, and scammers are usually a lot more fixed on getting cash, which isn't where this criminal went.

it's no reassurance to you, and it's only my opinion, but I suspect he's just a perverted creep, but i doubt he's going to want to risk his identity being revealed, otherwise he will be in serious trouble. If he were a scammer he could use them in other scams, but he doesn't seem to have that as his focus. Revealing pictures aren't difficult to pick up on the net.

I know this must be very creepy and disturbing for you, and leave you feeling violated, but you aren't harmed, and I would change your e-mail addresses and any other contact details you can. It might be worth reporting it to the police in case he ever did follow up with any other type of contact. In which case you will be well placed to come crushing down on him with the full force of the law.

Thing is, I just found that she/he is back on fb, with the same account, I guess it is possible to suspend and delete account just for a while!
How should I proceed, just warning fb and blocking wouldn't help now would it?

Even if you could discover his identity, I doubt he would face a serious charge no matter how much he might potentially be a risk to others. Is he even in the UK ? He might even get a kick out of you appearing to pursue him.

It is worrying that he appears to have this compulsion and might take it further. It would be best to make any model sites of which you are a member aware of this type of approach, bearing in mind it's ridiculously easy to assume false identities on the internet, and hope that he doesn't catch anyone else in this type of trap.

I wouldn't do anything to appear to personalise the matter. I feel that this would not be a good thing to do or necessarily deal with the problem.

And just a thought you may like to consider? The page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Fraud-and ... 5266844686 may be worth looking at? If anybody contacts you on fb, it may be a good idea to see if they are mentioned on said page before proceeding. I must be the only one on the planet not familiar with fb. Am unclear whether you're familiar with the page, perhaps it may be of help to you?
