LAST WEEK I ORDERED 6 IPHONES TOTAL £940.00..CHECKED THEM OUT ON ALIBABA THEY HAVE A GOLD STAR...ARE VERIFIED...ONLINE CHAT WITH .SELLER SO I THOUGHT OK EVERYTHING SEEMS FINE..THEY EVEN HAD THE THE SAME U.K BANK AS ME (BARCLAYS U.K.) I ASKED MY LOCAL BRANCH BEFORE I SENT MONEY WAS THE ACCOUNT I WAS SENDING TO OK..SHE ASSURED ME IT WAS SO I WENT AHEAD WITH THE TRANSFER..THAT WAS LAST WEEK..I WAS INFORMED ITEMS HAD BEEN DISPACHED AND WOULD RECIEVE TRACKING NUMBER TODAY..I,VE EMAILED 5 TIMES (NO REPLY) WENT ON BECAUSE SHE WAS ONLINE (TRADING MANAGER) ASKED QUESTION ABOUT TRACKING NUMBER TO THIS SHE WENT OFFLINE STRAIGHT AWAY...I,VE LOOKED INTO THE COMPANY MORE AND HAD MIXED FEEDBACK...I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SAFE AS BOTH THE SAME BANKS ARE INVOLVED...CAN ANYBODY PLEASE ADVISE ME...KIND REGARDS PAUL

I see that you've been scammed by the same 'company' that tried to scam another user that posted in this forum. Since it's been a week after you've done the transfer, bets are you can't reverse the transaction.

If I were you, I'd go to police and try to charge the owner of that bank account to be involved with criminal activities. That could possibly lead you to have some/all money returned. But the longer you wait, the lesser your chances.

This company registered in Australia and doesn't have a company bank account in the UK, This company deals bedding and Towels.Some Scammers hacked this company Alibaba account and used for sale phones and electronic device.Company have own bank account and never used payment method like western union .The Scammers use different email address even company has own e-mail address.
