Insurance lead scammer

I was scammed by a website, http://medicarepresetleads.com. The owner of this website, Ray Paulk, who I now know has been sued by the Florida Attorney General promised a service to provide leads to insurance agents. Once you sign a lead contract and pay for services, Ray Paulk never contacts you again. He shuts down the website and changes his phone number. Myself and other insurance agents I know have all been burned by this guy. If you Google search Ray Paulk you can see he has done this same scam in other industries as well.

The domain is registered for only one year, which is typical of scam sites. Can you post emails he sent to prove scam, so that we can shut it down?

As vonpaso xlura said, we can't close down websites without evidence of a scam. This one appears to be slightly different than what we typically deal with. It is US based and there is a traceable name associated with the website. The website owner currently has at least four other websites running from the same location: insurance leads, a dating service, a loan modification service, and timeshare rentals.

The owner has at least one active LLC registered in Florida. He has a history of starting LLC's and letting them go inactive due to non-filing of annual reports. This is all public information from the Florida Department of State. He also has a history of setting up various websites and letting the registration expire after one year.
