I have received many emails asking the same thing from several different addresses.. If you ever get a message like this tell them to piss off! Most persistent was the guy who works on an ship out at sea!! Jerks

Thanks for posting! The PayPal email is fake; PayPal has no such policy. The pick up agent is just another character played by the scammer.
