Tractor and probably other scam on Friday-Ad and Farming Ads websites!

Cheap tractors are scam! Reasonably convincing story line except they have never been to Dundee and don't have any tractors!: Plot is as follows:

Hello there, I own the tractor you inquired earlier. I`m very sorry for the delay but I had an awful buyer who tried to trick me with fake notes.
If you are still interested I can tell you that this tractor is just a bargain at this price. it worth`s a lot more in fact I had it advertised for double the price last week but now with the mortgage that I have to pay next week is a big pain and I have to sell it faster. The tractor is in great condition and its ready to work, all documentation present, no finance or stolen as another buyer has asked I have all ready proved that to ebay and they have confirmed the documentation is fine. I just moved back to Dundee after the death of my husband. this tractor hasn`t been used for 3 months but it was serviced in november 2012. The tractor is road legal. I`ll list it on ebay and I`m going to send you the link to my auction so you can buy it. The final price is not negotiable: £3400 . I had a buyer just a few days ago but that person scarred me a lot. He came with 2 friends and wanted to pay me with fake notes. I was lucky that my father in law was close and he noticed that.
As soon as I will list it on ebay I`ll send you the link from there on you will deal directlly with them.
You will receive the tractor with all the documents and only after you receive it they will pay me. As you know eBay is the best company of online transactions. If indeed you are interested in buying and really have the funds then I`m waiting for your confirmation.
Your name and a mobile number would be enough to start with ebay. I have over 300 positive feedback with ebay. Waiting for your name and mobile number.
Thank you

As I said earlier with that fake buyer and those notes I`m not really prepared to allow anyone else came near to my house Here is how the process works through the Buyer Protection Program.
I'm going to list it as a private auction on ebay and then send you the link, you will need to click on buy it now and just follow the instructions sent to you by ebay. As soon as they will confirm that to me I am going to start the delivery through shiply.com as ebay has instructed me. Once you receive it you have two options. Option 1: You will tell ebay I received it and its in perfect order the transactions is a success and I get my money, or option two but I don`t think you will use this one, you will contact ebay and tell them you can`t keep it. They will refund you the money and thats it. end of the deal.
Everything is covered by eBay. I will get paid only after you confirm that you received it. I need your full name and a mobile number to forward them to ebay and so you will be registered in the buyer protection program. When ebay will get you registered in the buyer protection program please let me know so I can send you the link to my auction.
Let me know if this is acceptable. Thank you

When asked for contact number / details no response! No Tractor ....

WARNING BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING FROM TRADE-IT or FARMING ADS both sites host the same dodgy adverts / scams!!

The unfunny joker who can be recognised by use of his own sky-----.org domains for his e-mails is a very persistent, prolific and professional scammer. Of course, he doesn't want anyone to check on what he has for sale because he has nothing to sell and isn't located in the UK.

The more bizarre and fanciful his excuses become, hopefully the more it alerts his intended victims, but these scammers believe themselves to be irresistible storytellers of some skill. He hopes that his lies about the buyer protection scheme will be enough to make you donate to his pension but you have no protection, and anyway it remains reckless to make a purchase without seeing what you're buying.

Of course when he finally lets out that he wants payment by Western Union or Moneygram he wants you committed through his fake auction, knowing by then that you'll know he's a scammer as every person in the UK has a bank account.

The basic principle is that you shouldn't become reckless if you come across a bargain. If a person is unable or unwilling to allow anyone to view what they're selling then it's a scam. The minute you start getting long back stories you should walk away. It's a classic sign of a 419 scammer.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
