That is the point once you have sent the payment and they have your cash you will never hear from them again.

I almost fell for this. Thank goodness I followed my intuition. I googled the names CINDY BIBANCO and CESAR RYAN LIBUNA and they are both smelled like stinky fish to me. But I am guessing Cesar Ryan Libuna is just using Cindy's name because Cesar Ryan Libuna is the recepient of the money. But who knows they are both in this together. So beware of this kind of scam.

Hi guys, can't believe that I actually almost fell for this trick. I was even excited when I got their reply that I was shortlisted, I even got the exact same message that leondedios received. The email was convincing though but when they gave me an option to pay for a processing fee of 500php I began to doubt. Good thing I did a little researching, I looked for Cesar Ryan Libuna's facebook account (mentioned as collection's officer on the email I received) and he doesn't look professional to me at all here's the link to his fb account (https://www.facebook.com/cesarryan.libuna?fref=ts) and I also keyed in the email address they were using to send me an email to on google and I found this forum. This has been a great help!

BTW here are the email addresses that they used [email protected] and [email protected].

I'm not sure if I will continue this job because the payment will be after one month. I have no assurance if they will really pay on the job. I'm sorry to hear you lost money to the scammer. Please post the emails and website if any.

No job requires that you send money during the application process before you go for an interview. You may pay travel costs to go to the interview, and many companies reimburse for this, but none of this money is sent by Western Union.

Me too, I take the RISKS!. I gave a try for this HOMEBASED/ONLINE JOB that they're offering. I don't know if its "SCAM" or a "REAL" job Online. - Thing here is that, how are we going to Know if its a scam or not if you wont gave a try. yeah..?

I've sent them 500php via Western Union to Ms.Bernely Sheilaine L. Nemil and after that, they also send me all the instructions on how to deal with this job, including the policies and payouts via Western Union every 25th of the month. Its just a simple ONLINE JOB - all you have to do is to market ads or job posting like (Online CSR, Virtual Assistants and Secretaries) in any job sites everyday .Also they will be providing you a quota, you must generated at least 200 ads per day. (So tiring, I can Only have 100,150 everyday, Need to go to internet cafe to do this - Log in for around 6 hours - I don't have a PC!)

I Started working/doing this Online Job from last week of May to 28 of June this year (Until now still doubtful if its a SCAM or NOT!). --- I did received about 4 Western Unions transfers for the entire week. Until I decided to check upon the name of CARMELO BASCO JR. and MARLITTE AQUILLES. I noticed that i have been sending money to these people alternately and for different locations.

I tried asking this Operations Director who is the company we are dealing with? And same as what others posted here...he just shoved away the question and sounded as if he was in authority and not to be questioned.

To my dismay, I cannot locate the people who had sent money to me. I have deleted the Gmail accounts I have created to stop the email being forwarded to these scammers.

SO PLEASE..PLEASE...PLEASE! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR WORK EVEN IF ITS A DESPERATE MEASURE, AS AN APPLICANT, YOU SHOULD NEVER BE THE ONE WHO WILL SEND MONEY TO THEM! NEVERTHELESS...IF THE OFFER WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - DON'T FALL FOR IT!

Actually this is my 4th day working with them but i was curious yesterday when they said that part of my job is to collect fees placement or processing from applicant. At that point "I REALIZED THAT I WAS OH! " so i research about scam and i found this site read some post. Then i was shocked because i saw email that is same to those email that i receive. But i'm grateful that i find this site and finally confirmed that i'm working with scammers. So i decided to stop working right now. And warn those people that send resume through gmail account. I am very disappointed when I saw that my name is implicated in this forum. I would want to clear my name because I was also a victim of this online scamming. I am Bernely Sheilaine L. Nemil. I also applied for the said online work and did the following instructions they gave, I’ve sent them php500 and also a scanned information of my driver’s license.

I am confused of what user james101 said in his post because he said he started working last week of May til 28 of June. He said that he sent the money to me, now who was the receiver of the money when I stopped working 2nd week of May without even being paid. I haven’t received any transaction in Western Union from that day until now in the present. This is very alarming for me because I can sense that someone is using my identification just to receive money from people whose applying for this stupid Online Scamming.

A friend of mine who also applied for this was also scammed, he is from Cotabato City and he already reported this in TV5 so that people will be aware. This afternoon I am going to the main office of Western Union here in our place, I am going to ask for help from them to track my last transaction and from what place it has been done.

Please help me clear my name.
