44-70 number = redirect number, frequently used by scammers who are not in UK but are pretending to be. The writing also puts this person outside of UK, most likely Africa from the errors and phrasing.

Definitely a scam.

HE WILL CONVINCE YOU ABOUT HOW SUITABLE YOU ARE FOR THE JOB.. HE EVEN ASK FOR YOUR PHOTOS.. then he will inform you to contact his travel agent or his lawyer.. they send you a lot of crap like a very detailed contract for a "NANNY"... They even let you answer a sheets of questionnaire for them to get your background.. When they thought you already are interested to even signed the papers and scan it back to them... THEY WILL ASK 850 pounds FOR THE VISA PROCESSING.. THEY WILL ASSURE YOU FOR A FREE TICKETS AND ACCOMODATION ONCE YOU ARRIVED.. THATS FULL OF SHIT... DIRECT EMPLOYERS especially that hire from foreign countries would pay everything even the visa processing.. no money involve in your part.. except you apply directly in an agency that have some placement fee involve..

Please take care with agency fees also. It is against the law for any agency in the UK to charge a fee to the au pair for placement in a family. They charge a fee to the family, but are not allowed to charge the au pair.
