I think we have just ALMOST fallen for a scam..we have been looking all over the internet for a touring caravan..just found one at a bargain price of £3,200 supposedly based in the ISLE OF MAN at an army base the person is using the name JOHN BURRIDGE..the caravan was a brilliant buy he said he was being posted to MALI there is another scam on here regarding a similar story its obviously the same person , the ad read just the same as the one he sent us..he said he was prepared to deliver at his expense..i thought it was too good to be true and I did a google search which brought me to this page..it would seem he has already conned people..didn't get us though!BE WARNED-if it sounds too good to be true IT USUALLY IS!

Please post the emails with full headers, even if they look just like the ones already posted. Someone may be looking for the email address. Also they keep inventing new fake Google Wallets as fast as we shoot them down.

Details of the advert, where it was posted, the type of caravan and the price would be useful, as it helps us to locate other adverts they've posted. The adverts can be reported and warnings can be given.

e mail we received today re non existant caravan - this guy changes his e mail regularly but the same story , he advertises motorhomes and cars as well so be careful

As I've said in my previous email I am currently located in the Isle of Man in the military base do daily trainings for 2 weeks to get ready to be deployed on mission in Mali . I'm doing a special training program each day and I am not allowed to get out of the unit or give calls whenever I want. The delivery will take 2 to 3 days depending on your location and it's not a problem because I can do it at no cost for you. Its an Eldiss Odyssey caravan 2006


I can confirm that the caravan is still for sale and that never been involved in an accident. Nobody smoked in and I never carried pets.
My last price is £ 3200.

The only reason for selling this caravan so cheap is because I am involved in a military project and move to Mali on December 14 and come back after 6 months. It is the first time I will go to Mali and I'm a little nervous but excited.

It would be a shame to keep the caravan in the garage for 6 months without being used and I also need some cash before leaving in Mali.

Right now I am located in a small military base in the Isle of Man because our squad do some special training here.
The caravan is here with me inside of the base garage.

In case you are still interested to buy the caravan please write me back since we can deliver the vehicle anywhere in UK on my cost.
