I have been in contact with a victim that has been scammed by the above named people,
Unfortunateley they have been using Gmail in their emails so I cannot get where they are, however the victim has lost a lot of money to this nasty scammer.

The scammers are claiming to be working for Barclays Bank in the UK, let me state that they do not have never worked for Barclay's.
