Hi I want everyone to be aware of this guy calling himself Rev. Thomas Paul, I was skeptical about this and inquired about viewing the apartment before I released any money. I googled the address and phoned Habors Edge to confirm that this was legit only to be told otherwise. Getting more suspicious I googled the Rev. Thomas Paul as a scam and came across this same ad placed in the UK. People be aware!!!

Which i can send to you after all necessary agreement has be accepted. Also i will like you to know that the rent charges is not really the issue ,but your absolute maintenance of my apartment is most important thing so will want you to get back to me

When I known how people worked and earn their money, I will never think of taking some advantages over you and your money, please take that out off your mind, that is really awful thing on the earth that I will never think about doing. Please understand me better, I was not trying to lure you into this, everything about me and my home is 100% real ok, i will like you to know one thing i am a Man of God and i so much believe in his words and i can never tarnish my name and image all because of money and i wouldn't do such a thing when i have blood running through my vain,So as I shall be giving you My home With your Age I know you would be able to take good care of it well for me,( that is the reason why i said you should pay the Fees which 3000 Rand per month including the utilities and i will get the keys and documents Ship down to you. Regarding the viewing of the apartment .You can't view the inside as i told you earlier because the keys and documnets are here with us.You can view the building and the location.So if you are comfortable with that, you can get back to me.I know how you feel, at this point in time. As it wasn't my fault, as i was suposse to lock up the apartment at the very time i was leaving for my missionary trip down here, and i never had an intension of renting it out. It was just my wife who said it will be wise to lease the apartment, since i am always worried about the maintenance of the inside. So the tenant can always keep it clean and send me update pics. Then as soon as the keys get to you, i will give you some time to settled down, so you can send the next month payment. And please let me know what you feel as soon as possible, so i wouldn't disappoint you, as there are also responses coming in regarding the apartment. And please note that is not all about sending the rent deposit or monthly rent that matters in this realtionship and agreement, but your absolute maintenace and promise to keep my apartement save and clean. And also i will need you to often send me some update pics of the apartment from time to time at your own convenient time. As i am counting on you.
