She tried to rent one to me in Key West for $700, I also got a call today from someone looking to rent an apt in San Francisco for $700 from her. Somehow they had my # and I was happy to inform them how she tried to do the same to me. She claims to be a Christian doing charity in another state needing to rent out her beautiful apt while she is away. With me she claimed to have been in a car accident and in Seattle for surgery needed so she could get back to her charity works. It just so happens that I live 30 miles from Seattle and was looking to go to Key West for a month. She claimed I couldn't meet with her in Seattle as she was having surgery, and I couldn't travel an hour to B.C. to meet with her husband because suddenly within 20 minuets he was now in Ontario. I was to send a money gram and they would email a receipt and send keys after. After 3 weeks of talking with her and now I'm leaving in 4 days all of a sudden it wasn't her fault I waited till last minuet. It seems she is posting apt rentals @$700 monthly all over the US on Craigs List, so I have no dought she is finding some takers and I am very sorry for them. If there is anything else I can do to bring this person to justice please let me know.
