I think I have all the information requested to know if this a scammer with a different tactic.
Supposedly he is in Austrialia for the next 2 weeks about a construction project. I have not been asked for money. He has offered to buy me a car. And help in getting me a passport.
I prefer Skype so I can see whom I'm speaking with...he seems to have a problem with the image freezing.
I haven't been able to do the pictures as requested, but his FB has some that anyone can look at...he appartently doesn't use that often either. Also his picture is on Skype.
Just wonder what other names he has used.

GOOD MORNING and am very glad to hear from you... am doing fine and will love to talk more..
