scammed by "easyyardsale" .com

I was scammed for 4000.00 dollars on craigslist by a seller called [email protected] for a boat that did not exist.
The bank is BARCLAY's and the guy has accounts all over in England. I called them and they did not help.
EASYYARDSALE is an on line company that looks good but is an international SCAM. They claim that they act as the escrow company for ebay, craigslist, and some other international on line sales places. How to get BARCLAY's to stop taking these accounts and pay people back.
