I have been corresponding with a man I met on a dating website. He claimed to be special ops in Kabul Afghanistan and his name was Keith Williams . Well everything was great until he asked me to wire $ 395.00 for a care package to be sent to the care package officer who would then give it to Keith Williams . When I didn't have the money he just badgering me until I nearly relented. Meanwhile I traced his "pager" number through which we were texting to an address in Las Vegas to a Myrtle Crowe at an address in Las Vegas . When I confronted him he went ballistic. He claimed to have all these resources and money yet was harassing me about wiring him $ 395.00. He also claimed the military did not give him access to his money. So I would have to help him with his care package. When I asked for an AFO box to send traditional care package he got angry telling me the only way it could be done was to wire funds to the care package officer. I never got a chance to find out where he wanted it wired since he got mad and we broke it off when I questioned him at length and refused to wire funds. His fake email was [email protected]. I don't what he was trying to pull but ladies beware.

He is an African scammer pretending to be a member of the military.

Soldiers on deployment are well looked after by the military and do not need to beg random strangers for money for "care packages".

Can you post the details of where you were meant to send the money to.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Special forces and soldiers on special ops don't hang around dating sites and there is no stricter rule than that they should never identify themselves to anyone, let alone a stranger on a dating site, otherwise they're putting in jeopardy their comrades and any operation they're on.

He's 99.9% certain to be an African scammer and if not, he's a sad person with a severe personality disorder, but what is 100% certain is that he's lying and trying to steal from you and probably many other females.

He isn't even worthy of your insults. Just cut him off dead without explanation.
