What you are describing is a well known romance/military scam. Everyone is dead. Children are young. He will request money from you because he has no one to turn to. He never mentions friends or Military assistance.

Please post the email address and phone numbers used. Remove any of your personal information from the emails. By doing this you will help others avoid his scam attempts.
