The writing looks African, not Chinese. No real shipper asks for payment by Western Union.

^^^He will send you a fake PayPal email telling you that the funds have been received but are on hold until you send proof that the shipping fees have been sent to the shipper by Western Union.

No money will be sent to you and all he is interested in is the money he will get you to send via Western Union.

The best thing to do is just block him and don't respond any futher. Don't tell him you know that it is a scam or that he is listed here.
