Are you referring to a fake online shop where you can buy these products? Could you please post some more info like a web address or email addresses?

Welcome, Igotscam. I have moved this topic from the news and announcements forum here to personal accounts of scams. As David said, please tell us a bit more information. From the topic it sounds like you either purchased something from a fake company and didn't receive it or purchased a product that didn't work. This isn't the type of scam we focus on here but we may still be able to give you advice.
