SHIJIAZHUANG GUQI IMPORT & EXPORT TRADE CO.,LTD

Recently, we scammed by Chinese scam in Hebei Province. We issued 100% LC at sight for Aluminum Ingot and seller ask us to make inspection in factory and don`t accept to inspect in Port of sea-cargo loading.
After we did pre-shipment inspection, I ask seller to send me shipment company details or agent forwarder contact details, but seller said me that they changed forwarder and will send it later.
I called to my friend in Shanghai and ask her to check this matter, after a day , I find out that there is not any records regarding my containers in Chinese Gov and container tracking websites.
Our LC was Irrevocable LC and I only can ask Inspection Company to decline Inspection Certificate to avoid any mistakes again.
Please be inform that even with inspection there is some way that fraud companies can cheat you through forwarding process, and you must check forwarder, or choose it yourself.
Below is scam company details but recently they changed their office to another city.

I had bad experience with this co on 3 occasions, two for supplies on EXW basis, the person named Will did not turn up both the times to buyer hotel, the third one was for EXW again but this time it was Anna who did the same thing.

Now this Anna and Will is no more available online. Thank god, the buyers did not give any advance, only they lost money in travel and stay in the hotel.

You can't rely on any of those trade board registrations . They are actually sold . You buy memberships . All of them are the same . Read my open letter to trade key in October regarding one of their " Gold Members " . The letter was never answered and I suppose now is a good time to post it .
