The accommodation is spacious for two people and more than adequate for a family of four. The location is very peaceful,also quite accessible,allow pets in the flat.There are several restaurants, craft shops, and visitor attractions around Belgravia.The flat tariff is £550 per month at all other times including £400 security deposit pay first before moving in to the flat and will be refund back.

Thanks for the details you gave me?i quite appreciate your interest in my flat also I have attached your agreement form for you,so you will need to sign the agreement form and re-attach it back to me and also you will have to pay the security deposit of 400GBP so that i can hold the flat for you till when you will arrived to London,which will be return back to you back 2days after staying in the flat,just scroll down you will where i endorsed under the agreement so you will sign there or just put your name and reattached back to me.As regards of the payment you will need to go to post office nearest to you so when you get there they will provides you a slip to fill when you fill the slip you will now get back to me with info you use to fill the slip.Here is the details you will use to fill the slip so as soon as you fill it you will write me back with western union details including the MTCN 10 DIGITS NUMBER so as soon as i have it,i will issue a receipt for you which you will bring along with you when coming to London.You email me with any question because the flat is already hold now for you as soon as you sign the agreement form and send it back with payment details also with your arrival details.

A quick google search of the above shows a scam from "[email protected]" dated 1st Mar 2008 here
