Most passport scans that scammers send out have been altered in some way, and usually with careful inspection, the little alterations can be spotted (see below). In this case, both passport scans have been altered but occasionally scammers will use an unaltered scan that has been sent to him by an unknowing victim, and in that case he will pick a name and email account to match the passport. Sani Ali and Zongo Noufou.
