The scammer pretend ability to produce a passport identical to a real passport for any country including. He will send the victim a passport scanned copy in addition to a very clear VIDEO showing a very clear passport with all the victim info as a very real passport with every detail very clear.
He will request to transfer the money to PERM city in Russia. he will give to choice to transfer money. with two different names. First one:YULIA
MAYOROVA and the second is: ALEKSEY TEREHO, via Western Union and money gram. Here is some YouTube video posted by him:

The video he send is very clear, you will never think that it's a fake passport, it is very real, that how you will see it clearly, I think the trick he use, is to put your info printed on a page with a transparent paper on it that could not be seen, then he will just remove the paper of your info and put another paper with info of other victim. He is very professional scammer with good command of English. BE CAREFUL

If you are going to try to illegally gain a passport such as a fake, then it is highly likely you will be scammed.
