We received your mail and confirmed the Authenticity through the Human Resources Department of your Employer ( China Harbour Engineering Company Cotonou Benin Republic), Concerning your job and the obtaining of your Work permit,Residency Permit and Entry Visa. We therefore confirm further details as follows: In order to commence the processing of your Work Permit and Residence/Entry Visa to the Benin Republic, you have to send/complete the applicant Employment Visa application form/signed contract, Return it to us as scanned Email attachments, along with the below identification documents:
A) A COPY OF YOUR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT (COPY BEARING APPLICANT'S FACE) RECEIVED
B) FILLED VISA/WORK PERMIT APPLICATION FORM (ATTACHED BELOW)
C) A PASSPORT SIZED PHOTOGRAPH (COLORED OR BLACK WHITE BACKGROUND)
D) SCHOOL CERTIFICATE/DEGREE/DIPLOMA OR TRAINING CERTIFICATE
On the form leave the PARTICULARS OF SPONSOR / HOST and the RESIDENCE ADDRESS Blank/Empty, they are for office use,write on CATEGORY : Employment Visa. All fees related to your work permit and residence visa application will be paid by your employing institute ( CHEC Cotonou Benin Republic ), However, the employee is responsible for providing the Statutory Job Security Deposit. Job Security Deposit/Clearance Fees is a security deposit from the employee as a go ahead for the Travel Agency to proceed and invoice the employer ( CHEC Cotonou Benin Republic ) for the immediate payment of your Resident Permit,Work Permit and Entry visa. The job security deposit made is refundable to you, 5 days after your arrival to Benin Republic or if approved by the HR Director it could be refunded alongside your first month advanced salary, that would be paid after booking your flight tickets three days before your departure. For the Family Status you are also required to send the scanned passport copies/photos of all the family members coming along with you, Also fill up their details on the attached visa form.

The originals of the work permit and residence/entry visa with all the hard copies of your documents will be couriered to your forwarding address once the process is completed, indicating your preferred postal address while reverting with the work permit and residence/entry visa requirements. NOTE: We have a mandate to procure your papers within a stipulated time and this is in line with our procurement policy, Therefore ensure you submit all requirements for a quicker and uncomplicated processing as we have a deadline from your Employer to complete the process within (14) Fourteen working days and do not keep appointments more than 48 hours after first contact.
Upon receipt of the application form and other required documentation from you, we will send you our bank account for the transfer of the job security deposit fees. We will immediately begin the processing of your Benin Republic Papers once we receive the payment confirmation from you. Your Visa/Work Permit will be ready in 14 working days' time, we will also send you via Email your Flight ticket(s) paid for by your Employing institute soon after we complete the process.
