hi i have a concern about my tagged friends who offers me a job to london as a nanny aupair to his two daughter. he refer me to the agency from london and they asking me the half of the application fee,cause he will paid my plain tickets and half of my appliation fee. is this a scam please help me..

Yes, it is a scam. This is how the typical au pair scam works. The fake family sends you to their "agency" (which is also fake) to get your documents. The only thing that will happen is you will lose your money. There is no job, and no visa.

In reality, you have to go to the British Embassy in your own country to get a visa, and if you tried to do that, you would quickly learn that UK only grants au pair visas to people from certain countries. Philippines is not one of them--UK does not allow au pairs or nannies from Philippines. There is no way, with or without an agency, to get an au pair visa.

The carrot here is the offering of about 6 times the going rate. In reality the rate would be about £500 a month with accommodation and food provided as live in. Scammer knows nothing about it, nor about the UK. Another case of too good to be true.
