Yes, it is a reshipping scam. The scammer will order products using your name and address. You will sign for the packages, making you responsible. If you are fooled, you will think it your job to send the packages on to the scammer, in Russia. The only person in USA responsible will be you. The police may come for you. Since you cannot return the merchandise, you could be required to pay for it. The sender doesn't care what you did with it, he still needs to be paid. If it was a real service, as they claim, they would have the packages sent to their business address and send them on from there. You won't be paid. Forget it.

Are you dealing with the same fake company and email address?

The scammer will not pay you. By chance he does it will be from stolen money. This is a serious crime. You need to be pro-active. Do not forward any packages or receive any money in your bank account.

You are receiving merchandise purchased with stolen credit card or bank accounts. Once the victim realizes that their account has been used they will contact their bank and Police. You will be the only one the Police will find. The scammer is in another Country using fake names and free email addresses. US or UK Law Enforcement will not have jurisdiction in those Countries.

Contact your local Police and US Postal inspector. Tell them what has occurred and show them the emails. Keep those emails forever. Document who you spoke with and get a Report/Case number. Have them advise at to what to do with the packages.

Stop your communication with the scammers. They will threaten you with false threats but its all a bluff.

The email address on the site doesn't work. I haven't tried the phone numbers, but it makes no sense to give customers in Russia or Ukraine a toll-free number in NANP to call. So they are not looking for customers in the CIS who want to buy things from the USA. They are buying things with stolen card numbers.
