Employment scam - tell victims to use a bank account they provide to clear their credit card balance and then buy items to send elsewhere.

The bank account used will be compromised and the money transferred eventually reversed, leaving the victim down the money they spent on goods to send for the company.

The Ukraine connection sums it up as a scam - a US company would not be hosting it's website in the Ukraine.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Thank you Alan for posting this warning about DIL Leasing. Since the second week of July I have been in contact with people who say they respresent this company regarding employment. It began with two phone interviews and moved on into a evaluation or assessment phase with until last Friday I was taking part in.
I began to feel uneasy so I searched for employment scams and found this website and your warning. I then sent an email to my contact letting him know I had found this information and asked for an explaination. That was Sunday, August 2 and I am still waiting on a response.

Below is the contact info on the person I was dealing with:

Mr.Jason Macandale
Senior HR Manager
DIL Leasing Company, LLC
+1 (203) 446-5658

Again, thank you for your posting.

Please don't ask DIL for an explanation! Post all the emails from DIL with complete headers so that we can kill the site.

The addresses and phone numbers on the site have multiple errors and inconsistencies. A company headquartered in Switzerland, with offices in France, Germany, and Finland, would not have a site entirely in English. The site has been reported for fraud.

Hiring manager named Rachel Grey

Senior HR manager Jason Macandale also the training manager in the online assessment.

Establishing new offices in US, since in past decade they were doing business in Europe.

First project was buying four Apple Mac books for clients. Jason Macandale said because of low credit they couldn't give cash or check, the only way was to use the online banking. He said you will be authorized to access to the corporate account in 24 hours and would place the funds on your personal credit card.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.

From Jason Macandale, DIL Leasing Company, LLC - [email protected]

Good day XXX,

Thank you for your time spent on our conversation today, I appreciate
that. Again, based on the information we got from you (copy of resume,
Application Form, references, interview) we made an affirmative
decision and would like to offer you the position of Project
Executive. As I stated earlier, 5 new office will be opened in US this
year and, good news, one of them will be opened in your area, which
makes your candidacy much valuable. At least few months will be
required for the office to be opened and we would like to use this
time frame to train you and provide you with necessary materials.
We pay a close attention to Assessment Process, only 10-15% of our
candidates have a background in leasing and consulting, and this is
very important for our company to guide you through the process and
prepare you for the full-time position. Since there is always a
competition nowadays, you need to be sure that you are dedicating all
your forces to succeed in the Assessment Process. A certain selection
will be made and you must show your best during training.
Attached is the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT for upcoming Assessment we
discussed. Please, review the document and read carefully all
articles. If you have any questions or concerns, let me know.
First on-line class starts on 8/ 8/14, however, if the date is not
acceptable for you, you can apply for another training class. We
usually launch 2 training classes a week.
To apply for on-line class you have to complete following steps:
1) SIGN THE AGREEMENT. You have to print out last page of Agreement,
sign it in pen (electronic signature works as well) and send me back
scanned copy of it. We do not accept faxes at this time.
2) DATE OF TRAINING. In instructions I wrote down a date for the first
on-line class to be launched. if this date works for you, you can
confirm it, otherwise, please, advise on when you are ready to start.
It is important for me to confirm this date with Training Department.
3) CONCLUSION. As soon as you complete Step 1 and 2 I will send you
confirmation with the date and time of your on-line class. Also, I
will guide you through the process and let you know on what to expect
further.

PLEASE, CONFIRM THE RECEIPT OF DOCUMENT.
Have a great day.

I have received several emails from Jason Macandale with DIL Leasing.
I was contacted, had two over the phone interviews as well and was selected as am one of the trainees for one of there new offices opening in the US. To be specific, the Houston, Tx area. Good grief, is this really a scam?
However, I did google the address listed on the correspondence. It goes back to a building that is on the market for SALE!

I wish there was a way to actually contact the REAL DIL Leasing company and let them know their name is being used in a scam.

DILLEASING.COM has a client hold and now cannot be used to send scam emails!

Below is the headers I've received from Jason Macandale & Rachel Grey with DIL Leasing...
"Jason Macandale DIL Leasing Company LLC" <[email protected]>
"Rachel Grey DIL Leasing Company" <[email protected]>

I am supposedly enrolled in their on-line training classes. There are a total of 10 Case studies. I received Case study 7 last Friday. It has a due date of today. Can you believe that. I was actually treating these assignments like a real class. I am so out done!. WOW, this Jason macandale and his HR assistant Rachel Grey really fooled me. I've been corresponding with them since 07/21/14.
I will advise if I receive an email from OLD Jason this morning. I am sure I will because I am not going to submit the assignment that is due this morning by 12pm EDT
by vonpaso xlura Mon Aug 18, 2014 9:08 am
I see no headers there. Besides From and Reply-To, we are interested in Received and X-Originating-IP headers.

Did you receive any message from them on or after 2014-08-16? They may be able to send email, but they can't receive at that domain since that date.

Where would I look to find the header or the X-originating-IP headers?
And yes, I just received an email from Jason. See below.....

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and
I will get back with you later today.
Thank you.
