I was contacted by a company calling themselves "rochelle researches inc" which turned up no results on google.

which seemed to be the same scammers under a different name.

They are looking for package mules to forward items (typically small electronic devices) bought with stolen money. Judging from the grammar, they are Russians, some other Slavs, or maybe inhabitants of some country like Kazakhstan.

Could you post the headers? The MX of instructor.net is gmx.com; the headers would show more clearly what you're trying to say.

What's the URL of the website?

Bizcn is a Chinese registrar, but that doesn't mean that sites registered there are Chinese. There was a Slavic (probably Russian) gang of money mule handlers who registered lots of fake sites with Bizcn.

How do you know this is a scam? If you go into google and search Rochelle Researches, Inc, you will find they are a company in Flushing NY. They have a phone number that i have called and talked to them: PHONE: (347)380-6990. Please explain to me in easy to understand explanation what marks them as a scam.

PHONE: (347)380-6990. Is a mobile/wireless phone by Verizon Wireless real companies will have landlines and not operate using mobile phone.

It appears to me to be a non existent company outside of that 1 year registered site . That's what marks it as a scam .

Along with the fact that their address is a beauty salon .

Along with the fact that there are no jobs receiving and re mailing packages .

They are a fairly elaborate scam. Last night I read and entered information in a 13 page contract. I gave them my address, copy of my drivers license and passport. I wonder how much trouble I am in now?!
What will they do with my information? I guess one of the actions I can take is to sign up with one of those credit protection agencies.

It would be a good idea to google the information you gave them periodically , to make sure their not using it another scam .

JOB DESCRIPTION
Quality Control Manager shall perform quality control for household and kitchen appliances to be delivered by post. The appliances will need to be checked for quality in accordance with the Employer’s instructions and you will need to compose a brief report sharing your impressions. Most of the packages will be within 5-6 lbs although some may be over 10 lbs. Shipping costs will be covered by the company.

Once we have received your paperwork, you will be provided with access to our internal administration system and most of the communication will be through the dashboard. This way, you will receive notifications of any packages to be delivered to you and write your reports about products you have already received.

Payment is on a monthly basis. You can expect about 5-6 packages weekly and we will pay USD 50 per review. You can expect about USD 800 – 1,300 monthly depending on the number of packages to be delivered.

Quality Control Managers are employed as independent contractors and are solely responsible for declaring earned wages to IRS in the official F1099MSC form during the tax season.
