Dear ,

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your mail requesting our assistance
in the processing of your H-3 visa needed by you to enter USA for the
induction/orientation which is mandatory for all new entrants into the UN

Be informed that our headquarters in NYC had already forwarded to us some
of your documents and details. However,we would be sending to you 1 or 2
more documents which you need to fill up by your self, sign where
appropriate and scan back to us immediately. With these filled documents,we
shall then make the necessary applications on your behalf to the relevant
USCIS H-3 visa processing and approving agencies in Washington,USA.

Note that all expenses/charges arising there from are to be borne by the
new entrants themselves, although, to be fully refunded by the UNECE upon
arrival to NYC together with the payment of
salaries,wages,allowances,benefits etc.

Please await a further mail on the above from us shortly.

Congratulations on your selection from among the numerous competing

I wonder if the scammers moved to Canada and USA from Africa. The mobile numbers they provided are Canada and US based. Also the IP addresses from which they sent mails as well belong to US in both cases. To me this seems to be abnormal.

(559) 523-6872
Choice Virtuolink Mobile in Pixley, CA

(320) 923-0961
Broadsoft/XO Virginia SMSEnabled Mobile in Rush City, MN

That's Pixley, California, not Canada. The emails are indeed written by an African, and there are recently arrived Africans in America.

us-unece.org has been reported for fraud.

"Recently arrived"? To me their English seems to be excellent... ... I 'll actually try to get from them a number of a landline in USA. May be it'll help to see who are these marvelous Africans.

Alex W wrote: I 'll actually try to get from them a number of a landline in USA. May be it'll help to see who are these marvelous Africans.

I think you are wasting energy trying to get a landline #. They use nothing but prepaid mobile phones, and apps that can be installed on their phones (commonly called disposable phones).

where they are geographically speaking is anyone's guess as well. They can have apps on their phones that produce a # from almost anywhere in the world these days, and still be in Western Africa using these #'s.

by vonpaso xlura Wed Aug 12, 2015 10:41 am
The line (or two) after "On August 11, 2015 at 12:22 PM" and the similar line in the previous post contain your real name. Please remove it.

By "recently arrived" I meant "arrived in their lifetime, not descended from Africans brought here over a century ago". The English may look good to you as a Kazakh, and this sample of African writing is from one of the more educated lads who knows how to spell, but there's another trait found throughout (except parts that are copied, probably from real UNECE verbiage) that marks it as African.

Now that you know it's a scam and the domain has been reported, there is no sense continuing to talk with the scammer. Don't tell him/her that you know it's a scam; just stop answering.

Good job! :=) The scammer's domain is shut. Thank you, guys for arranging this "thunder storm" :laugh-s:
But is their possibility to shut also outgoing e-mail server? With the ability to send outgoing mails these dudes can switch to other e-mail addresses their current victims they are working on, like they are trying to do bellow.

I would like to inform you that our domain(s) are experiencing unimaginable technical issues due to thunder storms over the last night.

Our group of Engineers are still working on them to restore our email services as we are NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE MAILS but we can send out.

Please use my alternative email ID which you already know to continue to process your orientation and employment processes while our Engineers try to put the other IDs in good order.

We seriously apologize for this.

Every other thing remains the same.

However, before the scammer's domain had been shut, they sent me the bellow message. May be it also contains some useful information. Particularly they refer here to the website obviously affiliated to their scheme.

12.08.2015, 15:12, "UNECE eVacancy Services" <[email protected]>:

Dear ,

Your request to assist you in the process of obtaining your needed H-3
visa is received and so,we would immediately proceed with the filing of a
H-3 Visa petition with the USCIS on your behalf in line with the US
authorities guidelines from our office here in Beijing,China.

Non-American Citizen Trainees are required to obtain an H-3 Visa to
participate in the new Hire Orientation and training scheduled for the
Months of September, October and November 2015.

Our staff in charge of staff Travel and Accommodation arrangement would
through the services of an Immigration attorney (Visadesk) file Form I-129
and nominated receiving agent (Messers DING TING CO.LTD.) for your region,
Petition for Non immigrant Worker, with the U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) on your behalf for the procurement of a H-3
Visa from the U.S Embassy in your country of residence.

Please see attached documents for your prompt attention and action, viz:
VISA PRO and I-129

You would be required to Complete the part 3 ONLY(BENEFICIARY INFORMATION)
and put your signature with corresponding date on part 7 ONLY on Form
i-129 as attached , Petition for a Non immigrant Worker. You can hand write
or type in,which ever is convenient for you.For the VISA DESK form, please
complete all blank spaces.

The other portions on the Form i-129 that concerns your employers or that
you do not understand shall be completed by us.

What is the purpose of the H-3 visa?

The United States issues H-3 Temporary Trainee Visas to foreign nationals
employed outside the U.S. and who come to the U.S. to undertake an
established training program

What is the next step once the petition from USCIS is received?

The petition is sent to the trainee country of residence along with other
training documents.He/She would now submit a non immigrant visa
application with the U.S. consulate in his or her country along with the
notice of approval, Form I-797 obtained from the USCIS for the immediate
issuance of a H-3 Visa to attend the training.

Note that with your USCIS visa petition approved with the processing by
VISA DESK,you would not need any more to go through the rigorous process
in obtaining special training visas from the US embassy in your
country. This is the basic advantage of using them(VISA DESK)through us.

If you are to be accompanied to the training, he/she would require another
form to be filled.Let us know so that we can forward that relevant form to
him/her through you.

Please note that Holders of U.S Business or Tourist Visa (B1/B2) cannot
participate in the Training with such Visas a. A petition for Non
Immigrant worker must be filed and obtained for each trainee who is not a
U.S Citizen.

The Legal fee is the fee charged to process and obtain the petition by
Visa Desk. This is applicable for both the Regular and Premium Process and
the Charge is the same for both cases.

The breakdown of the charges is stated below for Premium Process:

1. USCIS Filing Fee $1,320.00 USD.
2. Visa Desk Legal Fee $1,390.00 USD.
3. Form I-129 filing fee $1,350.00 USD.
4. Delivery & Courier charges-Depending on Location

This is suitable for any of the Training session for September and October
2015.

The breakdown of the charges is stated below for Regular Process:

1. USCIS Filing Fee $320.00 USD.
2. Visa Desk Legal Fee $1,390.00 USD.
3. Form I-129 filing fee $1,000.00 USD.
4. Delivery & Courier Charges-Depending on Location

This is suitable for any training session for November 2015

Application Process:

In order to obtain H-3 classification, the U.S. employer or organization
must file a Form I-129, Petition for Non immigrant Worker. The petition
must be filed with the information provided above

Do Visit Visa Desk webpage to confirm associated fees and charges

This domain is also registered in US in 2005, registration expires in Sept 2016. It works for the scammers already for 10 years. Why it can't be killed for so long time?

These "UN people" work fast. They have already registered a new domain which is not as good looking as the old one, but still beautiful enough to deceive somebody.

The scammers are piggybacking on visadesk.com; they don't own it. They tell you to contact someone at their own domain, not at visadesk.com. A domain that stays registered for ten years is almost certainly not a scam.

us-uneceonline.org is in the process of being reported for fraud. The outgoing mailserver of this message is mailhostbox, which is the domain's mailserver, so no need for headers both ways.

Well, but they encourage me to confirm the cost there. To confirm it, I have to register there and after registration surely I'll be directed to someone from this agency. At least there is a high risk that I'll be paying to this agency instead of scammers. They shouldn't like this unless this agency is a part of their scheme. Besides, don't you think visa processing rates of this agency are incredibly high and they are not competitive in normal way? more than 4 K$ per visa isn't it crazy?
