You hold on to the packages - they are stolen goods . The senders have your name and address. At some point the authorities or suppliers will tell you what you should do with them.
You tell your local law enforcement that you are the victim of this fraud. Keep all emails and paperwork that you have. Assuming you are in the US you can also report the fraud to the FBI by filing a complaint with IC3 at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
Break off all contact with your "employers". They will be somewhere in Eastern Europe so you can safely ignore any threats!
Remember - you are as much a victim of this fraud as the stores or people from whom the goods were stolen. You were never going to get paid!
