The best employment scam I've ever seen...

Hi All,
Some People are using Avila Solution's name for work at Home job offer.
PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!
You will get such emails it must be fraud.

Story:
Some Fraudulent People are using Avila Solution’s name to apply job on http://www.spotlight247.com/job website you will get an e-mail immediately for interview.
You will have interview with them on messenger/Phone. Employer will ask you about time tracker software. Time Tracker would cost you $300.
Also they will ask you about $800 for Laptop or computer accessories.
They will promise you that you will get all money back in paycheck. They will force you to transact money through Western Union/ MoneyGram.
After transferred all the money they will disappear.
Also They are using there personal email IDs.

3. Please stop involving Avila Solutions in such scam news. Avila Solutions already replied to Government Authorities about this scam.
4. Please verify person and his organization before responding back to such emails.
5. Avila Solutions do not offer any work from home job offer.
6. We do not charge for training/Software and we have complete training facility center which is free of cost to our employees.
7. We don’t have any job for Assistant / Office administrative / receptionist.
