SAFTY AND SECURITY
Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small

are entitled to security both at work locations & Residential Quarters All operations on Job Location
are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy Mohawk Hospital
Canada.
UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES
The two month benefit shall be paid in advance before any employee of (New Era Hospital Canada)
come down to his/her duty post officially, this is to enable NEW ERA HOSPITAL CANADA Staff settle
all her domestic needs before arrival. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty
relating to default. Payment of two month benefit is paid according to Canadian Expatriates
Financial Statutory Law would demand (CEFSL)
Employees (Expatriates) are to note that 2-month upfront salaries are paid as soon as Employees
procure and process the relevant Temporary Work Permit Papers from the Immigration Services
and submit it to the Human Resources department for verification.
All payment of salary after assumption of duty in Canada shall be 75% paid into an offshore
account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid locally in Canada, if accepted by
the employee for local expenses.
NON-CANADA RESIDENTS
It is our official policy that our employees MUST process their Temporary Work Permit Papers.

ACCOMODATION/FEEDING
Newly recruited staff of NEW ERA HOSPITAL CANADA (You) will reside at the company's Staff
estate. There are Single Bed-room and Flat options to choose from, you shall eat at the staff
canteen free of charge as there are dietary options for vegetarians and non vegetarians, in case of
local dishes, we have Chefs from various countries to handle such.
INTERVIVEW
On arrival, you will undergo an interview: note that failure to pass the interview; you will be
subjected to undergo an intensive training for one week, in other to regularize you to NEW ERA
HOSPITAL CANADA standard. All foreign applicants are to submit their original certificate
mentioned on their resume to our HR Department for screening on your arrival. We are accepting
you based on the information that we have found on your resume you submitted to our Human
Resources Department for screening.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be responsible for any damages, delay in performance or failure to perform by
employee or practice. If caused by any act or occurrence beyond its reasonable control such as
embargoes, changes in government regulations or requirements
(executive, legislative, judicial, military or otherwise), acts of war or terrorism, power failure,
electrical surges or current fluctuations, lightning, earthquake, flood , the elements or other forces
of nature, delays or failure of transportation, or acts or omissions of telecommunications common
carriers. in particular, without limitation, neither Employee nor practice shall be responsible for any
interruption in services caused by an interruption in or failure of internet services. Employee's
vacation time or may otherwise result in a prorated reduction in the contract minimum cash
payment to the employee.
TELECOMMUNICATION/ INTERNET FACILITIES
There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all
expatriates and it shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or
expenses to be incurred. Expatriates from the Local dealers/Service can obtain cellular Phone
Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job
Locations.
TERMINATION
Termination without cause. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon ninety
(90) days prior written notice to the other. Termination for cause. Either party may terminate this
agreement for cause if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its
obligations and has not cured such default within 30days of receipt of a default notice specifying
the default and the intention to terminate.
CONSEQUENCES OF TEMINATION
Return of property and confidential information in the event of termination for any reason,
Employees shall return to practice all property and confidential information (as defined in
section15) received from practice, Employee shall immediately cease using any passwords or other
information provided by practice for access to practice's or practice
Client’s information systems and employees shall return to practice at Employee's own expense the
Workstation and any other equipment or software provided to Employee by practice.
AMENDMENT
This Agreement may be amended only by a writing that is signed by both parties.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no
express to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning services will also be made available to all
expatriate by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.
DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK

VISA is expected to obtain his/her Temporary Work Permit Papers. Once you obtain
the Work Identity Card For Foreign Nationals/ Employee Liability Insurance. you are required to
send it to us the scan copies of the required document, to enable us proceed with the processing of
all your Traveling document papers and other traveling supporting document that are needed for
your to entry into Canada.
You have only 14 working days starting from the day you receive the appointment letter to furnish
us with your Temporary Work Permit Papers.
