Well,UNCID will refund this and all other earlier promised as we look forward to your taking action by contacting the Consultant to provide to you invoice for this payment.
Be rest assured that every other processes are almost completed and time is really not on your side any more.
Once again,we apologize over this unexpected development,but it has to be done for the needed J-1 visa to be released.
