I love the internet otherwise I wouldn't have come across this website. Unfortunately I got suckered into this too but I ended it today after finishing the "task." At least it only wasted two mornings where I could've been sleeping in. I started to think I was doing this person's homework or something. Good thing I have a legitimate interview today.

BRIEFING SUMMARY
You will be enlisted for 2 weeks training programme. Find Training programme details below:

*You will have to be online from 9am to 12pm daily for training programmes as you will be given series of tasks during training.

*You will resume work fully after training and your working hours will be 8am - 4pm your time zone.

*Whether or not you have an assignment or task to carry out you will be paid for $18/hr and for 8hrs a day as long as you are online during the stated hours.

When I googled a few of the questions above, this website was at the top of the list. So after I sent her completed work for task #2, I emailed back 30 min later formally apologizing for short notice and saying I couldn't work for them anymore, made up something about taking another position. They emailed me back this morning saying, "This is a very short notice because the company has already mailed you your pay check...what do you suggest we do now?"

So I replied back with, "Oh, well, I suppose you could just void the check and I'll disregard it when I get it in the mail. Plus I know you guys are a scam. Good day to you."

Omg I went through the same thing yesterday ... Little warning bells were going off in my head the whole time.

I received a email from the Kentucky unemployment office stating this company was "interested" in me for a data entry position and to email [email protected] I emailed back and told him I was living in Michigan and unless it was a job I could work remotely it would not work.

Well I am currently experiencing this right now. I do hate that I have wasted so much time with this. Now I'm not sure what to do at this point. I have the "check" in an account now on hold. However the so called supervisor is pressing for it to be released. That was my signal that this is probably not legit. So now I wondering what to do and what's to happen with the bogus check sitting in my account.

You're going to end up paying fees when the cheque bounces. You are under no obligation to send cash against an uncleared cheque. Certainly in the UK banks will rarely ever give you a definite notice of clearance as a person/company can repudiate a cheque with a forged signature in line with the Statute of Limitations - 6 years

There is no such thing as a job that involves cashing cheques for someone else through your account. Presumably they want you to send cash to a private individual ?

The bank will notify you that the check is a forged document. If I were you, I would be proactive and contact the bank and let them know that you have found out that the check you deposited was a forged banking instrument. Take them copies of the emails from the scammer so they can see that you didn't create the check. Again, I would be proactive on this.

This happened to me today! I was contacted by the same company Curatio Healthcare (I) Pvt. Ltd. Your interview questions, job description, and instructions are exactly the same as those given to me. Although I was excited and accepted the "position" something really didn't sit right. It didn't make sense to me that a company would send me a check to buy software for work when they could just easily purchase and send me the software. How would they know I actually spent the money on the software? I googled the address of their temporary office and it's some random house in the middle of nowhere, and after googling the main office address this site came up. I'm very upset and disappointed as I have been looking for a job for months. Its terrible that people prey on those who are just looking for honest work! I was told to report at 8am tomorrow and I defiantly will to give Mrs. "Linda Donovan" a piece of my mind. I have saved all conversations and information given to me. I'm so happy to find this post as it saved me wasted time and potential trouble! thanks so much!

Please don't tell Mrs. Donovan anything. Just disappear. If you tell her how you found out she's a scammer, she'll get better at scamming, and we don't want that.

I have had the same thing happen to me..mine was also from Curatio Healthcare. He said his name was Mr. Joseph Cole. Same exact words as everyone else have posted. My offer was through text message, not email, the texts were from the number (303) 219-7937. Right when I said I couldn't do a yahoo messenger interview right this moment, I stopped receiving texts.

They get people with this exact scam because they use legitimate companies, but can't answer any real questions about the company.

Well thanks for posting that number here . It will help to warn other potential victims .

I also received a text message from them this morning. Mrs Maria Gonzalez. Same Identical messages. When I told her I would not sent up any kind of account, (yahoo or Gmail) until she answered some of my questions, I never received another texted from her. lol Number she texted me from is (806) 340-7363
