I completely agree it is a sucky situation all the way around. You are as much of a victim as the victim who put the money in your account was. It's not the other victims fault the money ended up in your account it is the scammers fault. Scammers often play this shell game to hide thier tracks. In the end it's the victims on both sides who loose. Don't blame the other victim if you had your ID you would have sent money too. And it would have technically been YOUR money as you would have had to pay it back when the fraud was reported.

It is a bad situation and we are just trying to give you all the information so you do not make the situation worst on yourself. We can not change what happened just give you advice on how best to handle it now. As I said earlier you have done everything you can at this point but this can come back around and we just want you prepared.

Hi everyone this [email protected] is defo a scam, I have just graduated as a Music Teacher and out of nowhere this [email protected] sent me exactly the same email...which is very weird have to say, as normally there would be job interviews not a job offer straight forward :D

Moreover, what does Music and Maths have in common?????

So far I have not sent them any details just yet as want to play on their nerves for a little saying am on holidays, when is the interview, do they have any teaching positions....etc. HATE SCAMMERS @!!!!!!!!!!!

however, my advice do not transfer them that money and do everything in legal way.

all the best

Welcome to ScamWarners, it is great that you realized you were dealing with a scammer. Scammer's logic doesn't necessarily follow, they are just casting a broad net trying to catch as many people as they can. Thank you for posting this information to help others.

Welcome KellyWoo! Could you post the email you got, with complete headers? As I said above, we need it to kill the fake domain.

ETA: If you'd like to play with the scammer, please see 419eater.com, and don't write to the scammer from your own email address.
