The copyright notice is a lie, and the BBB logo is a lie (it's hosted on the site and links to the page itself), so the page should be considered full of lies.

I've just been scammed by FMLogistics.net I sent them my account info should I close that account? I never received any money from them. I received maybe 7 packages but when pay day came I stop getting emails.

Speak to your bank and let them know what has happened and ask them what they advise.

There is not much people can do with your account details (other than pay money in), so they will probably just monitor your account.
