Is this a Scam

Ah! So I'm not the only one! I also found an ad on Craigslist with the same job so I emailed the person. & I just received their response about 3 hours. I decided to do a little research on their email because it sounded a little eh weird to me that they wanted my full name, number and address.... Btw, the person who emailed me goes by the name of Jane Davis. & the story "she" told me is the exact one that was told to you but only difference is she's a woman and in your case it was a man.....

Could you post the text of the email, including the address it came from? That way anyone else who got it can search for phrases or the address and find that it's a scam. The writing is not that of an American.

I got the same email, but he told me his name was jane davis. She cant hear well and she lost her baby and husband. Itfelt dishy when she offered a deposit check.like whywoud she pay a stranger?? Fuck that scammer! I had my hopes up for a nicw job. It waa too good to be true. If it seems like it is, it usually is. Good luck, sorry you got lied tp.
