Flushing is a neighborhood in New York City; the ZIP code matches.
+1-347-380-6990 is in New York City (though Bryon pointed out that it is mobile).
+1-716-219-1487, however, is in Youngstown, near Buffalo. Youngstown and Flushing are each almost as far apart as any place in New York State is to the other.

There is no such thing as a legitimate job receiving packages at one's home. The packages are bought with stolen credit cards.

Well - I fell for the scam. I really thought I was going to test out products, but when they sent me the link to the software program it just mentioned I was going to receive packages, take a picture of the contents and send it to another address. I got my 1st package today - an iPad Mini and the invoice in the box was from eBay and the buyer was me!!! Ah - I sent the picture and a copy of the invoice like I was supposed to do. Now I am to wait for a shipping label to attach to it and send it somewhere. I looked up this company and did a search last week to ensure this wasnt a scam and I did not see your info until tonight.........I don't want to get in trouble. I sent them an email and told them I quit as I dont feel comfortable receiving a package from eBay in my name as I didnt purchase anything. ow I dont know what to do with the package!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should I send it back to the seller and explain a stolen CC was prob used????

Send it back to the Ebay seller. Explain what you want and a link to this thread.

Go to USPS return the package get a tracking number, return receipt and signature required. Explain everything to USPS. Show them the emails. Have USPS package the item for you if possible. Get names. Print and save your emails in a secure place.

Please cease all contact with the scammer. Do not explain anything to them nor tell them they are posted here.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.

Yes, they opened an eBay acct in my name - thats what tipped me off. So I have called the 3 credit bureaus and put a fraud alet on my credit as they have my drivers lic and I am afraid they are going to try to get a credit card in my name. No recent activity since I gave them my info 3 days ago. I will call eBay today and report it and have them flag the acct and I will call the Attorney Generals office and report the mail fraud that is going on, and a friend of mine told me to file a police report at my local police barracks just in case. UGH - this is SUCH a friggin mess! Some middle eastern guy tried to scam me a month ago stating he was from the IRS and I owed 5K and I was in trouble. I told him to go pound sand as I owed nothing and IRS doesnt call and bully people and he hung up. I googled the # and it was a scam. But this I fell for. I just logged in to Rochelle's dashboard and there are 2 iPhone 6s to be delivered to me and ZT Vitamins. I told them last night I quit, so I will call eBay today and freeze the acct. I feel like such an idiot.

Don't tell the scammers you quit. Just quit. They will accuse you of stealing packages. Ignore them. They may threaten you with the FBI. Ignore them. They are criminals in a foreign country; they're not going to bring a case against you.

You're not an idiot. Scammers are crafty.

Hello, I'm in the same boat, few days ago i sent them back the contract signed, with a scanned picture of my divres licence, I've sent them an e-mail yesterday telling that im quitting since i will be moving out from my place and i will not be able to recieve any of the packages.
Now the only thing im concerned is about identity theft, is there any chance they could steal my identity only with my licence?, as thats the only tging i've provided to them , they also ask for bank account number in order to pay you by direct deposit, but i have not provided any.

They couldn't open any credit with just a drivers license . We did have a case posted where they opened an ebay account in a victims name . I would google the details you gave them periodically to see if they are using them in another scam . Please DO NOT TELL THE SCAMMERS THEY ARE POSTED HERE . Break off all contact and file a police report if you lost any money . If any packages show up refuse them .

I really hope they won't send me anything at all, but if they do, what if i keep the boxes? i'm not trying to take advantage of the situation , but i just want to have an idea what could they possibly do? since the'r not even a real company, could they take any kind of legal action against me?

If you keep the boxes, you are holding stolen property. The fake company will not press charges against you (but may threaten to), but whoever sent you the boxes, on discovering that they were bought with stolen credit cards, will.

If you refuse any packages or return them, then the authorities will treat you as a victim. If you keep them then you're going to have a hard time convincing them that you aren't a thief - as that is what you are. Your dumb idea is not really worth destroying your (and your family's) life for is it?

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

I called eBay and informed them what happened and to close my buyer profile. I wrote a note on the invoice I received from the iPad to the seller and expalined it was a fraudulant purchase. I put re-taped the box and put it in the mailbox for USPS stating "return to sender - did not purchase". I am not going to the mail building and paying $20 to ship back to seller. If mailman will not take, then I will pay to return it. I am apparently supposed to get a few iPhone 6s and a tablet - these I will not even open and just do the 'refuse - return to sender'. The scammer did call me. He would answer why he opened up an eBay acct in my name so I hung up on him. Now I will screen my calls, as he caught me off guard. I did go onto NY Attorney General site and submit a complaint about the company and explained what they are doing. So - if anyone is reading this - DO NOT KEEP THESE BOXES - YOU WILL BE ACCUSED OF MAIL FRAUD AND IN RECEIPT OF STOLEN PROPERTY if any of the sellers dont get paid and trace the package. I would think that knowing they are purchsed illegally would make you want to return them anyway - it's the Christain thing to do. I hope my experience helps people - now I know - if it is too good to be true, it probably is a scam!!!

OMG I fell for this scam like an idiot. I had shipped three boxes, and then I received an iPad that was purchased on eBay under an account that was registered with all my information! Once I wrote my "manager" telling him this was against eBay policy, his response was completely irrelevant to what I was asking. I then searched online, and found this thread. Can you please tell me what I should do? I reread the application I sent them, I didn't provide any social security, nor did I give out my bank information for them to deposit any money. I did however send them a copy of my driver's license. I really don't want my identity being stolen, nor do I want them to screw my credit up.. Or get sent to jail! I am freaking out. Please help!

You need to report it to IC3 and the US Postal Inspectors if the packages were shipped USPS . If any other packages show up , refuse delivery or return to sender . Drop all communication with scammers . If they opened an ebay account in your name , you will need to contact ebay and have the account deleted .
