If it's sent from a Gmail address to a Gmail address, and the sender used a web browser, the header doesn't contain any information that tells where the sender is. It does contain the sender's email address, which other targets of the scam can search for. Please post all email addresses that are in the headers, other than yours.

A list of questions to be answered by email is not an interview.

The more realistic questions were stolen from here:

Though I'm sure the school has further steps in the application process.

A legitimate company will not hire professionals based on a written interview. In a written survey, people can spend hours writing responses. They can even have someone else write those responses for them, and the employer can't be certain of who actually wrote those answers. Real employers want to interact with people, see how they carry themselves, how they they respond, how well they think on their feet. Bringing an employee over is very expensive and no company is going to spend that money without better assessing the employee.

Scammers, on the other hand, stick to email and chat. They can't meet face-to-face because there is no way they maintain the illusion that way. They have an email or chat "interview" to make the job look more realistic, but the truth is, they will offer a (fake) job to anyone they think will fall for the next step, which will be involve sending money for a visa or other employment documents
