I do have more information for you. They have also sent an email with a very convincing document as a pre-hire document. Looks and feels legit, just something does not seem right.

Our Company’s HR specialist has completed the initial screening and interview and we consider that you are a good fit for our company.
We would like to offer you the position of Logistics Manager in our company.
We would appreciate your signing and emailing a copy of the Employment Agreement so we can complete the hiring process.
You can find the document attached. If you prefer, you can fax it to us at (800) 948-4105.
You will then need to mail the original Employment Agreement to our HR office after the internship period is over.
Note: Do not mail paperwork to the corporate address until you finished your probation period, as it might get lost and we cannot reimburse you for any fees.
Finalization of employment occurs after you have completed an internship. You will receive payment during this internship, which typically is 4-5 weeks long. You will receive full benefits after the training period is over.
In keeping with federal requirements, you will need to fill out a W-4 and an I-9 form and submit them by mail with your original Employment Agreement after the end of your internship period. Our Accounting Department will request you to scan and email these forms prior to processing your first paycheck.
