VX was absolutely right. Visadesk is a legitimate site.
I just went to the site, clicked on H-3 visa, and saw the information below without signing up for anything.
Visadesk does not charge more than 4K per visa. The scammers have taken visadesk's prices, and added their own fake fees. Scammers do this all the time. They aren't concerned about reality--they are merely concerned about getting as much money as possible out of their victims. They frequently target people who are desperate to get away from their own country for one reason or another, and who will spend every penny they can get hold of on the (fake) opportunity.
VX is also right about the African English. There is a good chance the scammers are not located anywhere near the US. This is important because if both the scammers and the victims are located outside of the US, the US government is not going to attempt to intervene in any way as it is out of their jurisdiction. Both cellphone numbers trace to companies that provide special VOIP services that are targeted toward people who travel internationally.
Well, but they encourage me to confirm the cost there. To confirm it, I have to register there and after registration surely I'll be directed to someone from this agency. At least there is a high risk that I'll be paying to this agency instead of scammers.

Besides, don't you think visa processing rates of this agency are incredibly high and they are not competitive in normal way? more than 4 K$ per visa isn't it crazy?
