I got one email (posted below) from Nova consulting similar to this post, I realized this is a scam and I found this post too for my support:

Software projects using overseas developers can save a company 30 percent or more. Much of the savings is due to low wages and inexpensive office space
that more than make up for the high cost of communications and Internet connectivity. Add the technology and education infrastructure in such countries
as India, Ukraine, Poland, China and Russia, and we have outsourcing heaven.

All training is done on the job during the probation period. I will inform you all the tasks and details from each individual task.

Probationary Period: 7 days; 5 percents for every completed order; Home Based.
After the 7 day probationary period ends, you will be getting paid weekly(direct deposit).
Salary is associated with employee compensation quoted on an annual basis.
Part-Time/$445 (CDN) per week + 5 percents for every completed order ($23,140.00 (CDN) per year).
Full-Time/$925 (CDN) per week + 5 percents for every completed order ($48,100.00 (CDN) per year).

I received exactly the same email about the manager position. I have been looking for information about this company but except the novantasglobal.com website it does not look to be anything clear.
Ann Tunner apparently lives in USA and works in that company there so it is really suspiciuous...

We know that it is a scam because we have see it many times before.

Any time an employer mentions receiving cash in your personal bank account or receiving packages at home to mail overseas it is a guaranteed scam. As is any company that wants to send you a check to buy equipment or pay off your personal credit card so that you can use it to purchase things for them.

They've changed their name a little and have a few different phone numbers now. Website seems a little slicker. The address listed in the footer was 271 Avenue Labrosse, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 1A3.
Easy enough to google the company under the address, one quick call and confirmed there are 2 companies at the address but neither are Kareone Consulting, and receptionist never heard of them.

I received an email from Frank Morale. Exactly the same ad as what you posted. I am playing along with it until he asks for bank info. I will keep you posted. Wonder what I could do to report this.
