I received a very exciting job offer and i really dont know what to do, so please help me, i need to know if this is a scam or not, even that i'm almost 80 % sure that it's a scam, so here is the offer with the contract:

LEAVE PERIOD

• All payments of salary after assumption of duty in Ritz Hotel London shall be made in full to the

FEEDING & ACCOMODATION
• Employee is expected to reside at the Marriott Hotel’s Housing Estate if they so wish. There are
double bedroom and flat options for Employee to choose from. Family package status is available for
Employee that wishes to relocate with Family.
• Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the general staff canteens. Dietary option,
customized cooks and dieticians are available options
MEDICAL/HEALTH
• Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract and
follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
• Employee shall be entitled to comprehensive health care services, which are to be administered by
medical experts on job locations.
• In a case of emergency situation, an Employee will be flown to his home country or any country
suitable for the best medical attention. This decision can be influenced by the findings of the Marriott
Hotel medical experts, unless the Employee in question states otherwise.
• Note that, the Marriott Hotel would be responsible to pay for all your traveling expenses and
documentations, which include your VISA, FLIGHT TICKET, FOREIGN AFFAIRS CERTIFICATION,
DER APPROVAL AND ACCOMMODATION.
The only documentation which you will be required to pay for, so as to enable you to work here in the UK is
the RESIDENCE WORK PERMIT DOCUMENTATION, under the TIER 2 cases of Work Permit

You should also note that your employment here at the Marriott Hotel, would be considered under the
TIER 2 CASES work permit application scheme and your are entitled to work for a period of 60 months

This is 100% a scam. Two key pieces of evidence it is supposedly Marriott contacting you but they are using a free gmail account. Second the contact numbers are 04470 which is a redirect number used by scammers. These numbers apear to be from the UK but are actually just being redirected to a cell phone anywhere in the world more information about that here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=16485

The scammer would have you contact the "immigration consultant" who will steal money from you with fees he will ask you to pay. This is just the scammer playing another character.

Just stop all communication and ignore the scammers emails. I'm glad you found the site before loosing any money!

I'm am so thankful that I found this information prior to sending them any further information. I was just pulled into the exact same scam. To the point that they have sent me the EXACT same email chains. I have told them I am no longer interested.

i got the same exact email from a hotel in London. It's probably the same person using a different alias. I will copy and paste the email/contract below. Is there a way to actually find out where it came from?
