The phone number with the 703 area code by itself shows that it's a scam. 703 in the UK is a redirect number, which can be set up to forward to anywhere in the world. Legitimate businesses in the UK don't use them because they're expensive.

Google Maps does not show a Mellot at either location. Both domains are registered for only one year and are in the process of being reported for fraud.
