He is head buyer and appraiser for jewelry and watches. Joy is operations manager and head buyer and authenticator of ALG. Joy’s background includes an MBA from Sasin University, a partner with the Kellogg School of Management and Wharton School of Finance; and gemological training at the Gemological Institute of America.
